Preparation for a live event film is often the most time consuming part. There are no second takes, so – as an experienced event video company- we work with you to determine exactly what to film, how to film it, who to film, and when to film… to make it run like clockwork.

On the event day our video production team will shoot all the activities taking place, with the number of cameras required to capture all the action. We interview both those taking part and organising it to setup what the event is all about, and it’s ethos and goals; the participants contribute with shorter form ‘vox pops’, which may well be in groups, and act to confirm that the goals set are being achieved, and add some extra vibrance and personality.

Organisers will often wear a radio mic on the day, so we can witness and let the viewer become involved in the natural activity unfolding on the day. These mic’s can even be routed via a PA, if it is taking place on a stage.
